小梨平のルール

小梨平キャンプ場施設をご利用される皆さまにお伝えしたい事を「小梨平のルール」としてまとめました。上高地の自然をより深く感じていただくために、きちんとお読みいただき、ご理解の上でお越しください。

小梨平のルール

大自然と寄り添いながら、リスクを想定した自己責任の範囲での利用に同意頂ける方のご利用を受け付けております。熊や猿などの動物との遭遇による事故、強風による倒木などの事故、突風による事故、落雷事故、お子様などの遭難リスク、盗難のリスクなど、様々なリスクがあります。当該キャンプ場は安全が保証されている場所ではございません。事故防止への配慮や整備等、キャンプ場管理者としてできる限りの対応をしておりますが、利用者さまのご理解とご配慮ある行動の上で、安全で楽しい時間が過ごせると考えておりますので、利用者さまからは誓約書を頂いております。同意と共感を頂けない場合は、ご利用をお断りいたしますので予めご理解とご了承をお願い申し上げます。

自己の都合で利用を取り止める場合は、既に支払った利用料の返金はいたしません。
施設管理者に施設の利用を中止された場合は、速やかに撤収し退場をお願いいたします。
施設利用時の事故等に関しては、管理不備による場合のほかは一切その責任は負いません。
テント泊のお客様は、就寝時間（午後９時）までにはゴミ捨てを完了し、テントの中には置かないようお願いいたします。
テント泊のお客様は、当日必要のない飲食料は食料庫に置き、テントの中には置かないようお願いいたします。
直火及び焚火の禁止、マキの使用は炊飯棟内でお願いいたします。焚き火台は使用禁止です。
熊対策としてBBQは、場内全面禁止です。
タバコは所定の場所での喫煙をお願いいたします。上高地内歩行喫煙は禁止となっています。
マナーとモラルを遵守し、他の利用者の迷惑となる行為は禁止です。特に午後 8 時半以降は周りのお客様の迷惑にならないようにお願いいたします。
その他、キャンプ場の利用にかかわる一切の事項については、施設管理者の指示に従うようお願いいたします。

この規約をご理解とご協力いただけるお客様には、誓約書をいただきご利用いただいております。この規約はお客様のご意見を元に随時更新されますので、ご利用の際にご確認をお願いいたします。施設ご利用のお客様は、上高地ビジターセンターで実施しているクマ講習会を受講してください。

Konashi-Daira
Campground Rules

To customers using the Konashidaira Campsite:
We accept use by those who agree to use the campsite at their own risk and assume risks while staying close to nature. There are various risks, including accidents caused by encounters with animals such as bears and monkeys, accidents caused by falling trees due to strong winds, accidents caused by gusts of wind, accidents caused by lightning, the risk of children getting lost, and the risk of theft. This campsite is not a guaranteed safe place. As a campsite manager, we make every effort to prevent accidents and maintain the campsite, we believe that a safe and enjoyable time can be spent with the understanding and considerate behavior of our users. Therefore, we ask users to sign a written pledge. If you do not agree and sympathize with us, we will refuse your use of the service, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

If you cancel your use for your own reasons, we will not refund the usage fee you have already paid.
If you are asked to stop using the facility by the facility manager, please vacate and leave the facility immediately.
We accept no responsibility for any accidents during facility use, except in cases of poor management.
Complete garbage disposal by bedtime (9:00 p.m.) and please do not leave it in the tent.
Please store food and drinks not needed on the day in the food storage and do not keep them inside your tent.
Direct fires and bonfires are prohibited. Use of firewood is only allowed in the cooking building. The use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited.
As a measure against bears, BBQ is completely prohibited on the premises.
Please only smoke in designated areas. Smoking while walking in Kamikochi is prohibited.
Observe manners and morals, and do not cause a nuisance to other users. Please do not disturb other customers around you, especially after 8:30 p.m.
For all other matters related to the use of the campsite, please follow the instructions of the facility manager.

Customers who understand and cooperate with these rules are asked to sign a pledge before using the facilities. These rules are updated from time to time based on customer feedback, so please check them when using the facilities.
Guests using the facility should attend the bear lecture held at the Kamikochi Visitor Center.
