以下の内容を全てご確認の上、すべての内容に同意できる場合のみ施設の予約・利用が可能です。
小梨平のルール
小梨平キャンプ場は、大⾃然と寄り添いながら、リスクを想定した⾃⼰責任の範囲での利⽤に同意いただける⽅のご利用を受け付けています。
熊や猿等の動物との遭遇による事故、強⾵等による倒⽊などの事故、突⾵による事故、落雷事故、遭難リスク、盗難のリスクなど、様々な事故やリスクがあります。当キャンプ場は、中部山岳国立公園「上高地」のなか、100％安全が保証されている場所ではありません。
事故防⽌への整備、配慮や説明など、キャンプ場管理者としてできる限りの対応をしていますが、利⽤者さまの理解と配慮ある⾏動の上で、安全で楽しい時間が過ごせると考えていますので、利用者さまからは誓約書に署名をいただいています。
共感と同意をいただけない場合は、当キャンプ場の利用をお断りしますので、あらかじめご理解とご了解をお願いします。
- 自己の都合で利用を取り止める場合は、既に受け取った利用料は返金しない。
- 施設利用にかかわる一切の事項について、施設管理者の指示に従う。施設管理者に施設の利用を中止された場合は速やかに退場するとともに一切の異議をしない。
- 利用者の過失による怪我、盗難、事故等が発生した場合は、施設管理者は責任を負わない。
- マナーとモラルを遵守し、他の利用者の迷惑となる行為はしない。特に午後8時半以降は周りの利用者の迷枠とならないようにする。（早朝に登山に出発するお客様もいるため）
- 消灯を午後９時とする。キャンプ場利用者は、午後９時までにゴミ捨てを終了し、ゴミをテント内・外に置かない。
- キャンプ場利用者は、飲食料（水以外）は食糧庫に置き、テント内・外に置かない。
- ケビン利用者は、ゴミ、飲食料をケビン外に置かない。
- 直火及び焚火はしない。焚き火台は使用しない。マキは炊飯棟内限定で使用する。
- 野生動物（クマ、サル、カラス）対策としてBBQはしない。
- テント内、ケビン室内を含むキャンプ場敷地内で喫煙しない。タバコは所定の場所で喫煙する。
この規約は、お客様のご意見をもとに随時更新されますので、ご利用の際には確認をお願いします。施設を利用する方は、上高地ビジターセンターで実施しているクマ講習会を受講してください。

Rules
Konashidaira Campground welcomes visitors who agree to use the facilities within the scope of their own responsibility, anticipating risks while enjoying the great outdoors.Various accidents and risks exist, including encounters with bears, monkeys, and other wildlife; accidents caused by fallen trees due to strong winds; accidents caused by sudden gusts; lightning strikes; the risk of getting lost; and the risk of theft. This campground is located within the Chubu Sangaku National Park “Kamikochi” area and is not a place where 100% safety is guaranteed.While we, as campground managers, do our utmost to prevent accidents through maintenance, consideration, and explanations, we believe that a safe and enjoyable time can only be achieved with the understanding and considerate actions of our users. Therefore, we require users to sign a pledge.If you cannot empathize with and agree to these terms, we cannot permit your use of this campground. We ask for your understanding and acceptance of this policy in advance.
- If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, any fees already paid will not be refunded.
- You will comply with all instructions from the facility manager regarding facility use. If the facility manager instructs you to cease using the facility, you will leave immediately and raise no objections.
- The facility manager will not be held responsible for injuries, theft, accidents, or other incidents caused by the user's negligence.
- Observe proper manners and morals; do not engage in behavior that disturbs other users. Especially after 8:30 PM, avoid disturbing nearby users (as some guests depart for mountain climbing early in the morning).
- Lights out is at 9:00 PM. Campground users must finish disposing of trash by 9:00 PM and must not leave trash inside or outside tents.
- Campground users must store all food and beverages (except water) in the food storage shed. Do not leave them inside or outside tents.
- Cabin users must not leave trash, food, or beverages outside the cabin.
- Do not build open fires or bonfires. Do not use fire pits. Firewood may only be used inside the cooking building.
- Do not barbecue as a precaution against wildlife (bears, monkeys, crows).
- Do not smoke anywhere within the campground premises, including inside tents and cabins. Smoke only in designated areas.
These regulations are updated periodically based on customer feedback. Please review them before your visit.
All facility users must attend the bear awareness training session conducted at the Kamikochi Visitor Center.
